Please read the following FAQ’s for refunds and returns:
9.1 The size or colour I ordered is not right – can I get my money back?
It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct size and colour during your order process. We have provided the size guide for you to check your correct measurements. As for colours – we have only allowed for standard common colours to be chosen and these are industry standard so we cannot allow for refunds if you are not satisfied with the colour. The only options we provide is a replacement for any suit where a completely wrong size or colour has been dispatched as a mistake.
9.2 The outfit is faulty – can I get a replacement or refund?
During the order process all orders arrive at chambeili® store in the UK for quality control checks. We carefully examine all garments for faults. If the garment has any faults we will request a new outfit to be sent through a fast-track process. When we dispatch your garment it will be fault-free. If any fault occurs once the product has been worn due to neglect, not following proper garment cleaning instructions, spillage of drinks or food stains or catching then we are not responsible for any damages.
9.3 I have changed my mind after I submitted the order – what will happen?
Once you have placed the order we cannot stop production and neither can we refund any payment under any circumstances.
9.4 What if I put on more weight or lose weight during the order process?
We cannot account for weight loss or increase once your order has been placed. It is your responsibility to advise us of any change in body measurements at least 4 weeks prior to the delivery date. If the outfit does not fit due to size change, you will cover the cost of any additional tailoring
9.5 Why is there a price difference for made-to-measure compared to chambeili® store price?
Made-to-measure custom orders costs more than an item of fixed size and colour available at chambeili® store. We will add all relevant international shipping costs, duty and taxes to your order

9.7 What happens when my order is misplaced by the courier?”
Your order will be insured when it is dispatched from our store to UK/Overseas so in the case where your item becomes lost or misplaced by the courier we will first confirm with the courier exactly what happened with your order based on the tracking code. If the item has been lost we will request another outfit to be made and recover the costs of misplacement by the courier.
If the order(s) dispatched from Pakistan by the designer are misplaced then the designer will have to handle all logistical issues as we are not the sender during dispatch from Pakistan.
10. COVID19
10.1 Any bridal wear orders placed during the month of March 2020, we strongly advise customers not to book any venues and be prepared for a long wait due to limited production facility in Pakistan due to lockdown rules. In addition, do not make any additional change requests as this will cause further delay and will breach our contract terms.
10.2 chambeili Bridal are not the manufacturers for any bridal or formal wear and therefore we are completely reliant on our suppliers, namely Faiza Saqlain, Zonia Anwaar and Hamza Anwar. As these are unprecedented times we have no control over timeframes and since the outbreak began in Pakistan, the government as re-introduced strict lockdown measures in June 2020 which will add even further delays.
10.3 The standard production time for bridal order Pre-COVID19 was 3 months as per sample. Post-COVID19 the expected production time for bridal orders as per sample is a minimum timeframe of 4 months and any additonal customisation will take lead time to 5 months minimum. For formal and party wear the standard production time Pre-COVID19 was 5-6 weeks and Post-COVID19 the minimum production time is 7-8 weeks.
10.4 You should only book your venue once you have confirmation that your bridal outfit will be landing in the UK as due to the current situation, things are changing on a daily basis in Pakistan, therefore we cannot forecast any unpredicatable delays for bridal orders to be completed and despatched from Pakistan. We can only advise that you should have at least 8 weeks time frame from the despatch date of your bridal order to your wedding date to prevent any disappointment. Please also be advised that DHL shipments from Pakistan are delayed by 7 working days and can take up to 14 working days to arrive in the UK and are subject to UK Customs and Clearance.
10.5 If you are wanting to place a bridal order, please note that we are currently working on a minimum time frame of 4 months. Once your order has been placed, we will not accept any changes to the outfit. If you make any changes to your order sheet, this will delay the delivery of your bridal. In such a case, we advise that you are 100% sure before you complete your order. As we rely on suppliers to make the outfit we will send them the deposits to purchase the materials and begin the work, therefore all bespoke made to measure orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
